it's me

The last few years I’ve worked as a manager of a downtown Toronto homeless shelter and unfortunately first - hand witnessed many negative situations homeless individuals go through daily.

My capabilities for helping people at a social work - level hit a glass ceiling; however in other career industries, technology continues to grow and provide opportunities, and I wanted to know how I could be a part of that change.

My decision to transition into the User Experience (UX) Design field from social work was considered greatly on whether I could still make social impacts… to my favour I can.

I currently hold a Specialist in Psychology degree from the University of Toronto, and a User Experience Design diploma from BrainStation- however my passion to continue learning will never cease.
